Class XI Admission Process Guidelines

All applicants who paid for admission and not listed till now are asked to attend the school at 12 noon on 16th May, 2025 with all credentials and one set of copy of the same.

Admission Reopens: 9th May, 2025 at 11 AM
Admission Closes: 15th May, 2025 at 3 PM

Admission Process Flow

Step 1: Fill and Submit Admission Form

Complete the online admission form with all required details. Upon submission, your application will be marked as "PENDING".

Status: Pending

Step 2: Pay Admission Fees

After form submission, click the "Pay Now" button at the bottom of the form to complete the payment process. Once payment is successful, your application status will change to "PAID".

Status: Paid
Note: Fees once paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Step 3: Selection Process

Students will be automatically selected by the system based on marks obtained in the last examination.

Step 4: Document Verification

After selection, visit the school with your guardian at the scheduled time for verification of original documents and finalization of admission.

Important: Physical verification and guardian's attendance are mandatory for final admission.

One recent passport size photo in school uniform (Max size: 50KB)

Last Examination Marksheet

Keep this ready to enter marks on Admission Form

Admit Card

Enter Name and Date of Birth as per Admit Card

Aadhar Card

You need this number at the time of filling out the Admission Form

Bank Details

Name of Bank, Branch, Account No., IFS Code of the applicant

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I forget my application/form number?
Just enter the same name (as in your admit card), date of birth, and phone number you used earlier. The system will show your previous application number.
Can I change my details after submission?
Name, date of birth, and phone number cannot be changed after submission. For other details, please contact the school administration.
What if I cannot pay fees immediately after form submission?
You can pay later by choosing payment category "Admission & Annual School Fees" and entering your application/form number at: Go to Payment Page
Once I pay requisite fees for Admission, is my admission final and complete?
Your application as well as selection is final, but your admission is NOT complete unless you appear with your guardian at scheduled time mentioned on the notice section of this website, and verify the documents and sign the school Admission Register.

If you cannot fill the online admission form, please visit the school office with all information and testimonials and one passport-size photograph at 11 a.m on 15th or 16th May, 2025, and we'll do it for you.
