• Fee Payment: All fees must be paid as per the schedule provided. Late payments may affect the student's enrollment. Fees collected via BillDesk gateway is subject to realization.
• Refund Policy: Fees once paid are non-refundable except in cases such as:
  • Duplicate payments due to technical errors.
  • Admission cancellation within 7 working days before the term begins.
• Processing Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method.
• Non-Refundable Items: Registration fees, admission processing charges, and ongoing term fees are strictly non-refundable.
• Special Circumstances: Exceptional refunds (e.g., medical emergencies) may be considered with supporting documentation.
